Harvard University Annual Report
Harvard Management Company is a wholly owned subsidiary of Harvard University. HMC is governed by a Board of Directors that is elected by the President and Fellows of Harvard College.
HMC is responsible for managing the University’s endowment, pension assets, working capital and non-cash gifts.
